MEET THE COACHES

Simon Mugava

Our Lead Coach is an international cricketer and accomplished off-spin all-rounder with professional experience across First-Class, List A and T20 formats. With over a decade of competitive cricket in the UK, he now brings elite performance standards, professional discipline and proven player-development methods into the academy environment.

Ash Shaw

Ashley Shaw is a highly experienced cricket coach and former professional player, bringing a strong pedigree from the English county circuit. A former player with Kent County Cricket Club, Ashley developed his game in a highly competitive environment, gaining valuable exposure to elite standards across multiple formats. As an accomplished all-rounder and specialist seam bowler, he built a reputation for his discipline, consistency and tactical understanding of the game.
